On Saturday,  October 2nd, 2021,  the Winslow Township Marching Band soared to another win at the Shawnee marching band competition. The band earned a score of 84.93 with their show of the season titled “Get On Board.” The award winning band defeated four other bands including Maple Shade High School, Haddonfield Memorial High School, Palmyra High School, and Florence Township High School. The show includes music from “Take the A Train,”  “Midnight Train to Georgia, ” and “Last Train to Clarksville.”  This new win brings the band to an undefeated record which they have not earned since the fall of 2017. Despite the rigorous practice schedule and major competition the next day, the band made it a priority to support the Winslow Township High School Varsity Football Team at their away game against Pleasantville High School.
