Coming to High School

Leila Quatorze, Editor-In-Chief

Coming into highschool can be very exciting, confusing, and stressful. There are many new faces, not only peers but teachers too. You have the choice to choose what kind of person you want to be for the next four years of your life which will also be a stepping stone to your future. Although highschool isn’t as glamorous as shown in television, you can try to make the best of it. One thing to do as a freshman at Winslow township high school can be cultivating meaningful relationships with your teachers.  This will allow you to make the best of your learning and get great letters of recommendations when applying to enrichment programs and college.  If you still haven’t gotten adjusted to school after the first marking period,  getting involved in school activities allows you to make wonderful memories and meet new people. Clubs to join at WTHS are Model UN, Drama club, Environmental club, Newspaper club, stage crew, and many more. Nothing shows school spirit than being a fellow Eagle yourself!!! Winslow also has a plethora of sports teams you can join that varies by season. Why not take advantage of the programs provided so you can live your high school experience to the fullest?
