Q: How does it feel that you are now the Valedictorian of 2025?
A: I felt really surprised and I was honestly not expecting it, i am a little nervous but excited to give a speech. I hope to shout out to all the people that helped me.
Q: Now that you worked so hard, what do you plan to do after high school?
A: After High school I want to pursue global health and neuroscience, and minor in art, but might change. I aspire to be a doctor. I also want to study abroad.
Q: Who has inspired you throughout your high school experience?
A: I would say my family and best-friends, my mom and sister really helped to inspire me to keep going and trying to be the best. Additionally, my college counselors Niccola and Ivan who really helped to stay on track and aim for the stars. Lastly, class of 2024 WTHS student Zainab, who helped me so much with the stress and getting my essay for college apps. I am thankful for all the people good and bad who shaped my high-school career.
Q: What do you like to do in your free time?
A: In my free time I love to make art. School had me busy and I couldn’t do art, now with my free time I hope to immerse myself in the hobby. I also want to relax my brain and enjoy the summer.
Q: Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
A: In 10 years I see myself as a doctor in residency in either dermatology or pediatrics. I also want to continue to pursue and work on art. I am also figuring out if I want to dabble in international relations. Wherever I am, I hope I’m happy!
