Please ensure that you submit your Exit Surveys to Ms. Brown in the Guidance Office as soon as possible. All Seniors must complete this task.

Completing this survey is a mandatory step in your year-end close-out procedures. Timely submission is critical to avoid delays in processing and sending your final transcripts to your chosen colleges, military branches, and/or employers.
