Stefan: Just a introduction about yourself, what you do for a living at the age and grade you are now, maybe about your future plans and where you want to continue your education or put in practice, and how has Winslow or people specifically in Winslow influenced you to do what you do?

Devin:  Name is Devin Hankins also known as Goldie, I’m 17 reselling sneakers locally and online and I do boxing as well , I’m an 11th grader. I plan to do modeling in my future as well as continue all of the other practices I do now. Winslow has influenced me to continue what I do because of the constant support of my consistent buyers and seeing what most people wear sneaker wise.

Stefan: What exactly is your business?

Devin: My business is a Sneaker reselling business. I buy, sell and trade sneakers either through eBay or locally usually at school.

Stefan: When did you start it, how did it start for you? What was the engine behind it? People responsible (that your willing to share) to fulfill the fuel into starting and branding it. And will you continue doing it for your final years and maybe after Highschool?

Devin:  I started August 1st 2022. When I started this account, it started because one day I got a notification while I was in Public that a shoe I listed a long time ago actually sold and they told me to ship it out. The engine was buying off of my first client named Todd, who know does the same thing as me, buy his sneakers and resell for a profit. I lost tons of money before making, I got scammed several times because of fake sneakers. However once I understood the method, and after a month after multiple failures, I finally had my first profit sale, I didn’t think it was real just because of how it was too good to be true, but when I shipped it after having my doubts I got paid. And ever since that sale, I built the incredible foundation I have today

Stefan: Where can people discover your business, or look towards purchasing sneakers alike?

Devin: I use Instagram to advertise and showcase content and seller history and as a marketplace for willing customers. There I also display my policies and how everything is ran. I can only accept Cashapp, Venmo, or physical payments.
